| Lanie Sampson | Got an estimate from him In June. He told us it would be a little while before he could get to us and we completely understood and waited patiently. The start daymonth was pushed back many times. Almost all communication/updates only came after we reached out to him over and over. He rarely replied to us but he stopped replying at all about a week ago but he opened all the texts. I would not want to work with someone that doesn't communicate so we decided to start the process over and find someone else to do the work for us. My husband send him a message explaining we were going to take another route and he responded with an extremely long, unprofessional, and rude message. Can not speak on the work he does because we could never get him to start on our house but the customer service is enough to turn anyone away. |
