Appointment was set immediately for the following Monday and Jake, the technician, called that morning to verify that he would arrive right on expected schedule. He explained everything that he was doing before proceeding and verified he had my approval. He was very patient and explained everything and answered all of my questions, as I like to know how things work and what parts are for. Only one minor issue found and he was able to replace a capacitor with a part from his van. The system works beautifully and should provide continuous service for many years.
