APEX had replaced several roofs in our area so, Kerri and Dan caught my husband and I out in the driveway....and said they would give us a free inspection.....and just as we suspected, there was hail damage... personally I've never seen a company get the ball rolling as fast as these guys! As soon as they found the roof damage....Kerri was on the phone with our insurance company. APEX sent out Ernie J. Who we have used before at our old house.....I promise he is about the nicest guy you'll ever meetErnie, helped me pick out our new shingles and explained the process, we set the date for the project.....the roofers arrived by 7:15am and worked til dark, day one & day two.....and before I knew it on day two.....everything was complete and my yard was completely picked up! On day three....Everything was inspected and they were done! Eric did a great job on quality control.....and there were a few other guys from APEX, that stopped in to check everything out I have everyone's cards. But, APEX hit the jackpot with Kerri! Kerri stayed in contact with me from step one all the way to the finish! She was wonderful! I HIGHLY recommend APEX Roofing & Restoration and I have already given APEX's number to three of my neighbors on our street. So, it wasn't just me and my husband that was impressed.....our neighbors were impressed with their work and how fast everything was done! |
