Jen Dawkins	Would give 0 stars if I could. Called on a Saturday to try to explain what was happening; we didn't know if it was an “emergency” or not. The guy was in a bad mood when answering the phone. In the middle of explaining he asked my address. I tried to finish what I was saying and he cuts me off again and asks “You don't know what your address is?” Have used Bigfoot the whole time owning a house, since 2008, for multiple services. THEY JUST LOST MY BUSINESS FOR GOOD. I hope he is proud of his smart mouth. Customer service is my 1 and this guy has 0!
William Hartley	Rude lady on the phone, drove to fast down my road ended up in a ditch and destroyed the roads hard pack. She tried to accuse me of not taking care of my road. The road was just plowed down to the hard pack. Take responsibility for your drivers actions. 10 houses on my road that will never use their service again unless they correct this problem.
