Here's our review of the 7 month process from first contact to move in: "Each phase of our home purchasing experience was equally spectacular. SALES had a zero pressure atmosphere and lots of knowledge as to the homes and options. Nicolle and Cindy Deseo always answered questions and provide information in an extremely fast manner. You could TRUST them and know that they truly had your best interest in mind at all times. Everything we asked them to follow up on they did and without hesitation. We just cant possibly compliment them enough. The DESIGN CENTER was the easiest experience thanks to Jessica Saenz. She was very patient, extremely tuned in to our tastes and rapidly provided samples and solutions. Her work was dead on exact and extremely meticulous. The CONSTRUCTION PHASE was truly a stress free process. Todd was always on top of every aspect from ground breaking to key turn over. He delivered an awesome product and his intern Tanner was equally impressive. The LOAN AND CLOSING processes were also painless. Stacy at Tripoint Connect along with Cindy at escrow /closing stayed on top of every document, every due date, everything. Just an awesome turnkey process with zero issues. As we are going through our 1 year break in, we are working off issues as they arise with Alex in CUSTOMER CARE and again, it's a truly easy process with great back and forth communication and follow up.
