Pinnacle Roofing – Roofing Contractor in Phoenix, Arizona

I needed a new roof and got several bids. Pinnacle Roofing's bid was the same as the other guys. What sold me on Pinnacle was the great recommendations from three neighbors who had hired them over the last two years. I couldn't be more impressed with the communication from Sydney in scheduling and Nathan who bid the job. The crew that did the work were friendly, efficient, and very clean. Every day when they left to go home, the entire yard was always cleaned up. I highly recommend Pinnacle Roofing for any new roof or roofing repairs you may need.

Called for a review of our roof due a leak. Calling to schedule was easy and Nathan was on time. Nathan was very nice but couldnt figure out where the leak was exactly. He had ideas but wanted his colleague Brandon to come take a look. He said he would call Brandon with our info to come out and look for a second opinion. Following day no calls. I text Nathan and he said he would follow up. Friday still no calls. Therefore I called the main office who took a message and said they would get back to me. Again no calls. The experience started off positive but ended poorly with lack of call backs or assistance. At this point can not recommend this company.

Had my Roof replaced , They did a great job , Neat cleaned up every day ,showed up on time , Brandon & Sidney were always available if any problems arise! Very Pleased ! Satisfied Customer
