We had a problem with our AC this week and they worked us in that very day. The technician immediately identified the problem and fixed it. He was polite and knowledgeable and explained what was going on. Given the pandemic, he also politely maintained social distancing. Our first contact with Advanced Air was when they replaced our furnace last year. At that time, the president of the company, Tyler, worked well with our home warranty company and kept us informed about what was going on. He is easily accessible, easy to talk to, explains technical issues well, and pays close attention to all details. I recommend them to anyone looking to establish a relationship with a local HVAC company.

On Friday March 6th I called and asked to have someone come out to give me an estimate on installing a new Heat pump in my house and possibly a new main electrical service/breaker panel, figured I'd have to schedule for the following week sometime. Was told instantly we can have someone out there this afternoon if that works for you - WOW!! From the first Hello on the phone they were nothing but polite and professional and made me fell very comfortable with them. That afternoon Tyler arrived and went out of his way to make sure he had all info needed to get me a quote on exactly what I needed not what they wanted to sell me, he asked lots of questions and even crawled through my dusty attic to look at the old system. Financing was effortless and system was chosen and contract signed. Monday the 9th they called me in to sign papers for the permit for the electrical panel and asked if that Wednesday would work for install, I'd figured I'd need to wait a couple of weeks!! Wednesday the 11th a small army descended on my house at about 9:00 AM and the last guy left at about 5:00 that evening. This entire process was quick and effortless on my part and Advanced was nothing but positive and professional in every way, they even relabeled the new electrical panel for me! They certainly went above and beyond to make sure that I got more than expected. If you need anything from heating and air to electrical, they even do plumbing - I know who you should call and I know who I'll call again in the future!

Our A/C went out on Friday evening and we called Saturday morning and they had someone at our house that day to look at it. Then they had someone here that afternoon to get us set up to get a new one. Great service. We'll never use anyone else.
