The experience we had there today was horrible! The guy helping us was good, but the owner was extremely rude and didn't seem to care about our business at all. We've bought multiple things from here before, spent a lot of money, but from now on we will be using a different company! The pieces we bought today were damaged, so we asked for a little discount because of the amount of damage to them, the owner instead complained, stating we were buying up all of his product and it was a good price already so he would not do any sort of discount for the damage. Because the guy helping us was so nice, we went ahead and bought what was already loaded anyway. But we will never buy from here again. Don't complain when you have a customer who is buying a large amount of product from you a repeat customer at that and spending a lot of money at your business, especially during times like right now. There are plenty of other businesses in town to use instead.

Good service and prices. The staff are all very knowledgeable and professional. Everytime I go in, I leave with what I was looking for and updated information on new products, good recommendations for the installation or application of just about everything I purchase. Also, no problem getting deliveries to the Nogales area.

Very good customer service.they knew exactly what I was asking for we're home Depot those and harbor freight didn't know what I was talking about. I needed a probe for TPO and obviously they had and it was very high quality for a very reasonable price.only reason they don't get the flight star is because they didn't have the exact Probe I wanted.
