Many thanks to Tom and his crew for doing such a great job on our roof, completed between rain showers! We contacted Calpac and a few other roofers when we had a leak and Tom's bid was extremely reasonable, especially given the metal roof has a life expectancy of 50 years. Sal was able to patch our leak until they had a window to do a full tear off and re-roof. Tom dropped off a sample of the Boral steel material for us to see before we finalized our choice to make sure it matched well with the house. The final product looks beautiful- lots of interesting texture and matches perfectly. You would never know from the outside that it is metal. Sal and his team were hard working, careful, courteous, and meticulous. They were able to coordinate bracket installation with my solar installer, and made sure to remount our antenna. We now have improved air flow in the attic, and a significantly lower home insurance premium due to the fire-resistance and Class 4 hail impact resistance. We couldn't be happier.
