Representative was early to the initial appointment and answered all the questions that I had. While it generally takes about 2 weeks for the office to reach out to set up the appointment for the actual work, the repair was scheduled for the next day 15 days from the quote appointment. Worker performing the repair was on time, and helped me take pictures of the damage the previous roofer failed to repair. The repair came with a one-year warranty for the affected section. So far so good on the repair itself. Overall, I would recommend this company. |
