I actually feel bad for her employees, because they are genuinely nice. They've had to apologize to me for her behavior more than once. 80 people have died from COVID-19 in Orange Country at the time of this writing, but today she acted shocked that I didn't want to come inside to pick up supplies. "We're fine in Orange County" she said. 80 deaths is "fine"? I'll be taking my regular business elsewhere.
Nick Mangiapane	The young lady at the front is a self proclaimed expert and quite rude. Very quick to discount your level of water chemistry knowledge. The guys that run chemicals to your car are not very professional either. Running a water sample here? Don't expect to get written results, why? "We aren't lesile's"... straight from the young lady's mouth. I'm not a proponent for lesiles but this place is at the bottom of the list.
