I've tried getting In contact with someone and I get a busy signal . a lien was place on the property taxes DO NOT GET a HERO loan for this not worth it!! I had to refinance my house to remove the lien and pay them off. The website that is provided for the warranty i s a sham www.diamond tier products.com ,the phone number for their business gives you a busy signal like I mention before you don't know how much I regret doing business with Savcal, Did I mentioned that the trimming is coming off??!!!
