Mailynh Phan	My experience has been awful. They claimed to have received the final inspection on our commercial roof and we paid them. Then Raneri & Long disappeared. The roof isn't finished. There are beer cans strewn about and garbage on the roof. They didn't seal any of the penetrations and it's been raining inside my warehouse. They damaged our HVAC units. The owner Tim Long won't answer my phone calls or emails. I don't think this address is even a current office. To add more, their license is suspended for workers compensation and bond issues. Do not use!
