Champion Weatherproofing – Roofing Contractor in Riverside, California

After dealing with another roofing company for months trying to get an updated estimate I decided to call Champion. Instead of multiple phone calls and emails trying to get answers I was able to speak with the owner who came out the same day to look at my house. Work was good, crew was pleasant and well supervised, they cleaned up everyday and changed some things to keep me happy. To make it even better their price was about 30 less than the original companies bid. They still have a couple items that need to be finished up but I am sure they will return once the rain and current lock down situation is over. I have no reservation in recommending them as I have already to my neighbors.

We are very happy with the work done to replace our rotting fascia boards and extending our drain to avoid this in the future. The process was great from the start. The estimator came out quickly and listened to everything we needed done and I was impressed with the detailed estimate that came in a contract. The office staff was quick to respond to any questions or alterations that needed to be done. I was happy with Alex who helped to coordinate the work and the workers were professional, courteous, attentive to detail, and did a great job cleaning up. I also want to point out the workers had to take off some of the tile roofing to extend the drain so it wasn't just fascia boards that were worked on and the price was reasonable especially for a company that is licensed and insured. I highly recommend this company.

Last week I had Champion do a roof inspection for me on a house I just purchased. I gave my credit card information over the phone to a male employee for payment. This was a NEW card, never been used anywhere else and nobody had the number but YOUR COMPANY. The number was sold by one of your employees and duplicated into a fraudulent card which just purchased gas for 100 at a station in Rialto, CA. I had it cancelled and notified Chase fraud department as well as the police and gave them your information. I don't know what kind of business you're running but your customer service is horrible and you might want to do background checks before hiring people who deal with customers private information. This is the last thing people need with everything else going on right now, DO BETTER!!!!!!!
