I have worked with Sequoia Roofing for nearly 10 years and highly recommend them. Since first buying my house, Mike has worked with me to repair and upgrade aspects of my older roof. He has been informative and always guided me with honesty. The last rains brought some issues and it was time to replace my nearly 38 year old roof. We hired Sequoia because my neighbor recommended them. The job was the replacement of asphalt sheet on a low slope section of my roof with torch-down low-e material, along with repairing wood damage in the eaves. Sequoia gave us a preliminary bid over the phone, which did not differ from the formal bid once inspected. I was pretty impressed that they got the job done, from call to completion, within a week work took a day and a half. There hasn't been rain yet to "leak test" the new roof yet but the damage repair looks good and we know we will benefit from the low-e insulation and reflective surface. The guys doing the work were nice, and left things clean.
