The service is not the best, but it is good. And the town is lucky to have a place like this. I've heard he was rude to many other people and management won't do anything! My friend works in contracting and he had a problem with this same guy today too. I am so disappointed in this Home Depot and the lack of responsibility that management has put on their customer service responsibilities.
