Elizabeth Rice	AVMM, All Valley Maintenance & Mechanical: Where to start... If I could give this company 0 stars I would. My parents have on and off been dealing with Ismael AVMM the owner. My parents water heater broke 6 years ago to where they went with this company to fix their water heater. On an 800 water heater Ismael AVMM charged my parents 4,500 and only got the 5 year insurance when there was an option for a 10 year insurance and opted out. My parents water heater started leaking before the 5 year insurance was over and reached out to Ismael AVMM. He ignored my parents and only responded right after the insurance was over. They have now dealt with Roto Rooter and spent less than half that and got the labor done with this company. Now he has sent my parents another random bill of 400 that my parents never signed for and my dad told them that they have overcharged my parents and Ismael AVMM threatened to sue my parents and get his lawyer involved. He has taken advantage of innocent people. Terrible terrible. Please please do not waste your time or money.
