I had a leak in my attic right before couple of days of snow and in the middle of Corona outbreak, contacted them and started working with Kurt, very professional and polite gentleman, stopped by same day and got me scheduled for the next day and it is fixed, crew showed up on time and it was taken care of accordingly, strongly recommend them, went above my expectations and price was also very good. High quality work and awesome experience. Thank you!

One of Citywide's top Salesman/ Project Managers Christopher Reffalt was the author of the two emails shown below. Neither of these two gentleman were employees at all, at the time these emails were written. I don't believe they are now either. It appears that these were sent by Mr. Reffalt to aid these gentleman in getting apartments that they were otherwise unable to get without the help of these completely misleading and untrue letters. I wonder If anyone from Citywide Roofing ever contacted the recipients of these emails to set the record straight and let them know that both emails were false, and perhaps even apologize. If not, perhaps Citywide Roofing condones such unethical, dishonest and misleading behavior. I'm not sure this is a Company or Salesman I would trust to work on my house.

Ryan and his team were fast and professional. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, and in short order. My new roofs look great!
