The repairs involved replacing skylights, gutters and new shingles on the roof, to which we added painting exterior wood pannels. and gutter guards Matt Moomaw coordinated all the team work, and did all the required work with the Insurance, which made things much easier for us. I decided to go with Grace Ice & Water Shield on the entire field of roof rather than felt paper. They installed the Grace at no extra charge which is a gift because it is trickier to install and takes longer than just felt paper. They did an excellent job of tying in with the existing shingles partial roofing and the shingles matched perfectly. Matt is easy to work with and very flexible, understanding that weather and other factors affect scheduling. I will definitely go with Capitol Exterior for roof and siding for future projects. Highly recommended. |
