Tom was prompt in evaluating roof to be sure it qualified for an insurance claim, met with the insurance adjuster and scheduled the job. The job was done on the day scheduled, and final cleanup of details the following day. One cosmetic request was taken care with no quibble. Of course, I do not have 100,000 gallons of water to test the roof, but because all back-flashing was replaced at vents and chimney, I expect roof should be water-tight. Site cleanup was excellent as well, not a single nail found.
