Creative Cover Roofing was a WONDERFUL company to work with! We have used them twice and they were a pleasure to work with both times. Tina did an honest appraisal of our roof and put together a professional and thorough estimate. Their experience and familiarity with the insurance process made our lives easy in what could have been a very stressful situation. Everyone we worked with was extremely friendly and provided great communication throughout the entire process. The crews exceeded our expectations. They were experienced, organized, and tidy. I am very satisfied with the appearance, quality, and workmanship that this company provided. I've seen several roofs on my block replaced and from interactions with my neighbors, very few had the positive experience that I did with Creative Cover Roofing. I have now used them for roofs on two different houses five years apart and can't say enough good things about them! Tina is great, a pleasure to work with and knows the insurance claim process inside and out. Mike is also great, very knowledgeable about roof work & stays on top of everything. Additionally, their crews are great; prompt, efficient & so clean they even walked my property with a magnet when they were done. Dealing with a large insurance claim is never fun but they made it so easy both times & were very transparent. I could always get ahold of them quickly when I had questions & never felt out of the loop. I rarely basically never write reviews but everyone needs to know how great this company is & how awesome they are at what they do!
