Even though it's spring and they've surely got a lot of big jobs, Reid responded in short order, analyzed the issue, recommended a fix, and sent two guys to install new copper liners within two-ish weeks. Even better, a small problem developed and Reid sent Ray over within a day to remedy it. That's as good as service gets and their work is as good as a roofing company does.
