They addressed several issues that were not part of the original plan and this made the cost go much higher. I did however tell him that if he thought something needed attention to go for it....I just didn't expect the cost, and some communication would have made this understandable and softened the blow. Even though it's spring and they've surely got a lot of big jobs, Reid responded in short order, analyzed the issue, recommended a fix, and sent two guys to install new copper liners within two-ish weeks. Even better, a small problem developed and Reid sent Ray over within a day to remedy it. That's as good as service gets and their work is as good as a roofing company does. |
