I've never seen a universal part work properly on an American Standard product. The counterman had no interest in determining and ordering the correct part. A 15 minute drive to WinSupply in Manchester was well worth the time. They ordered the correct part and got it overnight. For customer service Shephard gets 1 star, WinSupply gets 5. |
