We had a fantastic experience working with the Bartlett Brainard team! We very much appreciated the time that Cathy took to help us address design issues and choose appropriate products in advance of beginning work on the project. Her advice at the outset of the project was invaluable, and she and the rest of the Bartlett Brainard team brought the same level of professionalism and organization to the project once underway, communicating regularly, addressing concerns promptly, and working with us to make sure that we loved the end product. Having folks in and out of your house over a long period of time can take its toll, but I can honestly say that we missed Neil and Darek and the rest of the team when the job was finished.

We remodeled a family room with vaulted ceiling/skylights that were leaking. The project required significant coordination between roofers, dry-wall, flooring, masonry, and electrical contractors. Jim L was especially helpful in identifying the problem areas, explaining the process for repairs, and coordinating the subs. A few hidden issues were identified during the renovation process, requiring prompt involvement of additional subs. The subcontractors identified for each aspect were high-quality, professional, personable, and did excellent quality work. We were extremely happy with the outcome of the project.
