Charles Conway | They said they would be out between 10 & 12 and were here at about 11:40. They set up and opened the tank and before they started the lead man said there was dirt in the tank. Next he said I pumped water and sludge not dirt. Forgive me, but I thought emptying the tank meant just that. They then cleaned the filter by spraying it off in my yard instead of in a bucket or at least in the tank. As they were putting the kids back in place I noticed dirt falling into the tank. Gave me an idea where the dirt in the tank came from. The gentleman who seemed to be in charge was a bit rude to say the least. I told this to the receptionist and she said she would let the owner know. I've heard nothing from the owner so I'm assuming he doesn't care. I know this is Florida and customer service is a bit lax, but really, I'm still surprised by this company. |
