Then, with a complicated warranty issue, Tom Donatti issued me a refund for less than I expected. On inquiry for the difference, I was assaulted on text by Tom himself over a 75 question. He was VERY unprofessional in his correspondence, and clearly cares more about his bottom line than he does about his business or construction relations. If I could give a negative star rating for his company I would. Go elsewhere. Tom Donatti is not a professional businessman, and will be looking for a way to screw you.
