What sold me on Stryker, aside from the company's reputation and expertise in metal roofing, was working with Jeff. Not your typical salesperson. He was able to answer all my questions up front. I was pleased with his attention to details, professionalism and responsiveness. We ran up against weather related delays in the beginning but Jeff kept constant communication with me. He managed to get things coordinated and finished the project in time regardless. I was also pleased that he runs the projects as well and not disappeared after the contract was signed. The crew working on the project was thorough and they did a good job cleaning up the job site at the end of each day. Good quality work and we're super happy with our new roof. |
