I tried to reach out to this company for a metal roof replacement courtesy of Hurricane Irma. I was able to set up an appointment with the owner/ manager Cindy. A few days after the appointment was made Cindy called back to reschedule as they were “ really busy “. The appointment was made the following week at 9 AM. I advised her to have the tech give a courtesy as he/ she was on the way as I am busy frequently in the AM. The doorbell rang at 7:55AM and the tech announced he was here. I was up and about and questioned why he was here an hour early.”Well we are really busy” so I figured I would make you first. He was polite but I do not like assumptions that it was ok to show up an hour early. I had not received a heads up call as I requested either. No worries, the inspection proceeded quickly and after 30 minutes the representative left with the promise of you should “ get a call or email within a few days”. One week later still nothing so I called and left a message. Multiple calls also went to voicemail. If you are that busy you can afford to hire someone to answer your phone. Cindy called back a day later to apologize that many people in the office were sick and sorry it took so long. She then proceeded to tell me an estimate takes 2 weeks even though that was never mentioned in the 2 previous conversations. She then advised that I would need to hire a contractor to get an idea of costs and permit fees.? Huh? Isn't that your job? Don't you have one on staff as you are so busy? She then alluded she had never seen a roof like mine. There are hundreds of examples of this craftsman style home in this neighborhood. I think she had no interest in doing the job , nor was capable or competent enough to do the job. I had already received other estimates as I was trying to do my do diligence before I started the project. I cannot judge them on their work but if their customer service , follow up or professionalism is being judged , look elsewhere!
