| Jerry Mccrone | I agree with Ruthann Blake. Called a plumber after being alerted by water dept. of excess usage. Plumber referred me to this business. Brett Hill found a leak outside the house; assured us that was our only problem. That was 325.00. Called plumber back, who repaired the problem, and said we have an additional leak inside the house, according to meter readings. Brett Hill had found nothing inside the house. This was all in a matter of a few days. Called American again, but was refused service unless I paid an additional 150.00. Office personnel said this was spelled out on work authorization. Invoice says "ALL leak location and detection work is guaranteed for 30 days from date of completion." American here May 5. Asked for return inspection May 7. Lesson learned. Beware. |
