c blanco	Mr. Murphy came out within 30 minutes of my call. Looked at our roof twice that day and told us the condition of the roof was solid- just a minor repair on a few cracked tiles. He did not try to up-sell us on any other services. The tiles that needed replaced were an unusual size, so he said he would be back the next day with the replacements. Sure enough, at 8:30 am he was here and the work was completed by 9 am. His fee was 75. We would use his services again!
