Marc Jay	Numerous phone calls to have repairs made. I gave up after a week of total inaction and apparently no interest on their part. They originally installed on my new home 5 years ago . I would have preferred they do the repair but i guess they aren't interested.
Kered Yelsaeb	We purchased a house whose gutters were installed by Rain Control. We discovered after moving in that the gutters on the back portion of the house were damaged during roof replacement after Hurricane Irma. I called Rain Control for an appointment to get the gutters replaced. This was in June. It is now October and I still haven't gotten a date or a callback on when they will come out to replace the gutter. I've called at least 4-5 times in the last 4 months with a promise of a callback but I never hear from them. I really don't understand this business strategy and it is prompting me to look for other options and avoid recommending them to anyone else we know.
