Royal Green Solution – Roofing Contractor in North Miami Beach, Florida

I called for an estimate 2 weeks ago. Reuben came to my home to give me an estimate for painting the inside and outside of my house. They were very professional clean and detailed and I would recommend them to anyone that needs work. I will use them again in the future.

This company started working on my parents roof earlier this year and never completed what they started. For the past month I have been calling and leaving voicemail and text messages with no luck. My mother is in a rehab facility right now after having a stroke and she can't return home because it's not safe due to the mulitple huge holes in the ceiling this company left behind. I was being patient and tried to be understanding, nothing on their end. My sister tried calling 2 days ago. This time they answered because they did not recognize the number, but since they realized she was calling about my parents roof, they put her on hold and never came back. I am completely disappointed and broken hearted about how I was scammed into trusting this company. WARNING: Do not believe the other people's 5 star ratings. Obviously it's all lies. That's how I was tricked. I am definitely reporting this company to Google and the BBB

I had to re-do the kitchen and 2 bathrooms at my rental townhouse in Hollywood. Royal Green Solution project manager came to take the measurements just two hours after I first called. He was very professional, gave some recommendations about new materials. The pricing was competitive. The job was done within the time frame promised. Overall - very happy and would recommend to anyone looking for an honest contractor.
