This has been an excellent experience for me since I've never had a total roof replacement before. Jeff was instrumental in walking me through the process, paperwork, and providing all the options. He was the only person to sit down and talk to me and answer any questions I had. I called 5 different companies. His explanation put my anxiety at ease. The project was completed to perfection from the time it took to year down, replace and haul away the debris. I came home to a beautiful new roof one night and I was so grateful that it was not only done in a timely fashion but it's beautiful! I would highly recommend Action Roofing!

Jeff was fantastic! He took the time to listen to my needs and go over various roofing and finance options. He was never pushy and always professional. The crew was fast and made sure they cleaned up around the house in the 1.5 days it took them. My red roof looks amazing and I've had many comments on the quality and passed the wind mitigation test for State Farm. Jeff never dropped the ball in customer service and hand delivered my final paperwork and reviewed it with me, would definitely use Action Roofing again.
