I highly recommend Tom Tanenbaum roofing. I had an old tar and gravel roof that needed replacing. After several estimates from different companies, I chose them because of their professionalism and knowledge. And I wanted to stick with a tar and gravel roof. This was several years ago. Now I'm doing preventive maintenance. My roof is still in great condition! I loved the crew that came out then. George recently came out for the inspection and was top notch. Very knowledgeable and gave me a couple things to look for in the future. Carrie in the office has been a gem! Polite, professional and friendly. I know the workmanship of Tom Tanenbaum roofing, so they were my one and only phone call for this preventive maintenance inspection.

Not too happy with the experience. They came to look at the roof because of a leak. When they were done, they just left. Didn't let us know what was going on with the roof or even thoughts on how serious the leak is. So called them and said they would give us an estimate and details next week. Did not hear anything so called again and said our estimator was on vacation and we wouldn't hear anything until next year. Wish I would have known it would take that much time as I would have tried to get additional estimates. With the holidays next week, its hard to even get someone to come look at it. In the future I recommend setting expectations/follow ups rather than having potential business chase for answers. To be perfectly honest, I still want an estimate. You have great reviews so my hope is my experience is not the norm.
