I was so happy to have David Hughes' help and guidance in our re-roofing project. He walked me through the process so I'd know what to expect. I appreciated that they back up their work with a 15 year warranty. He checked on the progress during the re-roof and made himself available to quickly resolved any questions or issues that arose. It was clear he cared about us! We know we have a roof we can rely on to protect our home. Very happy with our experience!

I hired Total Home Roofing back in 2019 after the March hail storm in Brevard County. Travis Jenke came out and really sold the company. We signed the contract with him and scheduled our roof replacement in June 2019. On the morning of starting the roof, their dumpster guy showed up at 6:30 AM to drop the roll off. I walked outside and asked if they were still starting today with the weather forecasting 80 chance of showers and the driver stated "yes it would be fine, no worries". So the tear off began later that morning. I arrived at home at 4 PM to a typical Florida summer thunderstorm and the 5 roofing persons standing in my garage watching it rain sideways. My roof had the peel and stick down what looked like to be good enough to protect my home during the rain event however no tarps. The new roof went down over the next 1-1/2 days, they two-thirds cleaned up around my property and left. It rained the next day and I noticed that my front gutter on my home was running downhill away from the downspout and overflowing the end of the gutter and running back into my soffit. After further inspections I realized that when removing the old roof, they scratched the paint off the tops of some of my gutters. They called me and requested payment for the new roof and I paid all by 1,500 until they resolved my issues. While waiting on their warranty department to contact me to schedule someone out to look at my gutters. A brown water stain showed up in my living room ceiling right at a valley in the roof line. I called them back and they immediately sent someone out to Kilz and paint the ceiling. Later the drywall tape that was wet during the roof leak started to pull away so I notified them again and immediately they sent someone out to resolve this. During this time they had a gutter contractor come out and replace approx 180' ft of gutter. Installed the new on the front of the home still in a downhill manner so it wouldn't run to the downspout as designed to do. After further inspection I noticed that the new drip edge had been butchered during the gutter repairs see pics. So I addressed this with them. 3 gutter contractors later I received new gutters again which wasn't necessary, the drip edge that I had paid for needed to be replaced since they damaged it. Still holding onto 1,500 they finally sent a supervisor out and talked with me and determined that they needed to replace the drip edge. So a time was determined to come out. In order to replace the drip edge the gutters had to be removed and the lower course of shingles had to be replaced due to replacing the drip edge. Finally the repairs were made late January 2020. So now it is February 20, 2020 and I get an email from a collection agency. Now with interest, collection fees, etc. I now am told I owe 2,638.88. I disputed the collection agencies request in writing as instructed if I didn't agree with any portion of this. I agreed to pay the 1,500 owed not a dime more. Received an email back today 3/3 that they reduced some of the costs associated with collecting this to 1,950.00. I responded to this email and stated that this is still unacceptable and that I was willing to pay the 1,500 owed. One would think that a manager, supervisor, or even the owner at this point would step in to resolve this but instead they turn over to collections. This is really how this company does business?? I will never recommend Total Home Roofing to anyone.

Worked with David Hughes to pick the color and material that worked good for us! Super easy financing and payment options that are way more affordable then I could have ever imagined. Wouldn't even consider any other roofing company very professional. very happy with every step in the process
