Charlie and his assistant came out within 2 days, upon their search they found a small nail like hole at the top crazy like find, right repaired that and also caulked more areas they thought needed to be. They also blew the whole roof of debris, and if that wasn't enough.....they even told me if I would get window cleaner and rags, they would clean our skylights!!!!! Very professional, kind, funny, and respectful. Will always keep there number on hand as well as pass on their Armstrong name. Thanks to all for coming to our rescue. |
