CRM South Roofing Solutions – Roofing Contractor in Sarasota, Florida

I got referral from a neighbor for a quick response but relatively simple repair. Insurance company forced a fast repair or cancel policy do to inspection they did. CRM was responsive and sent someone next day. But the price was out of line 1000 quote to fix 2-3 tiles. I had replacement tiles even. When the guy was on the roof doing the work, he found a lot of other tiles that needed to be replace along with many of the crown tiles. I had the tiles so I had to have him do the work. Initial job was maybe two hours and then the rest took about 4 hours. The charge was 2000. For 6 hours of work, and they used my tiles. The bad review is they had me over the barrel and they stuck it to me. The neighbor who referred them on his own called the owner on my behalf, asking for a refund back to me. CRM sent a letter to him LYING about the work. They said two people 8 hours each and they spend 400 on materials. It was one person for 6 hours and no materials. So not only did they way overcharge me - they had the audacity to send a letter with a bunch of lies. DO NOT USE CRM SOUTH.

I don't do reviews often but felt obliged to for CRM and specifically John Tyson. While going through the process of looking at metal roofs, John was informative and professional. John provided a fair and reasonable quote around a roof based on the wants/needs of my wife and I. With that said, we decided to take on the task with a friend who is experienced with roofing. What speaks to most to John and CRM is that even after informing John of my decision, he was fully supportive and even went on to provide me with advice and things I need to do to make sure I was going about it the right way. IMO this was by no means was this a shallow attempt to discourage my decision but rather to simply provide help. If I hadn't had the resource of a friend with experience, I would have moved forward with John and CRM.

I had moisture on my floor. At first, we suspected it may be coming from the roof. Mike and Mike checked the roof and found nothing wrong. They made some suggestions as to other issues that might be causing the problem. They were very honest, they did not need to do any repairs, and no charge for the visit. I will definitely call them for future inspections or repairs.
