Had an awful leak in January that another company patched. But I was looking for a GAF Master Elite installer for the replacement roof. I turned out to have 4 leaks which Eric identified and corrected. I am selling my home soon and wanted the job done by a top notch team and needed the ability to get a transferable roof warranty. Eric and his crew came through huge. They beat the other two quotes, got the job started fairly soon and completed on time. The house looks great and the new roof adds loads to the value of my home both in terms of curb appeal aesthetics and also in peace of mind for the prospective buyers. Thanks Eric!

When I questioned why my estimate was so high, I was told it was about a day and a half of work. There were a few more things listed to do that were not on another estimate. When the worker came, he worked about 5.5 hours. I called the owner because I was mystified and annoyed. The owner took umbridge “with my tone.” Then the owner called me a few days later to say the worker didn't see everything on the work order. This was the same worker who created the work order. Anyway, he returned over a week later. He spent some time smoking cigarettes in my driveway and littering my driveway with butts before he worked another hour or so. Overpriced possibly because I'm a woman or because they are shysters.
