| Amanda Alday | So, Megram is out of Orlando; but, after hurricane Michael they came and set up a store front in Tallahassee. They replace my roof in April of this year. In August of this year the roof began to leak. I called and got a quick response to find out they were no longer in Tallahassee so They sent another local roofer to my house to repair the leak. It was fixed At least the actual leak was so I thought but we had no real hard rain to test. we did have several showers that revealed that water was just pooling on the flat roof and not draining. I had 2 other company's come and do inspections who told me the roof was not done to code. I called the county building inspector who informed me my roof never had a final inspection done on it. So, they came out then; in September 5 months after the roof was done and after another company had to come work on it and signed off. Now, my roof is leaking again!! I'm beyond annoyed with this company. They do shoty work and take advantage of people because let me also add they charged 30K for this roof! I DO NOT recommend EVER using them! If I could give them no stars I would! I posted a review once before and it has been taken down imagine that after I received a message from the guy I was dealing with saying that his manager was adamant I remove my bad post! |
