James is our favorite-- he has been here to fix the HVAC which had a manufacturing problem, to install the gas lines , to check for leaks and to make us a custom damper for our gas fire. He is funny and articulate and wonderful. And the owner Carre is a hoot and smart and treats her workforce with the respect they deserve. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I tell all my friends the same thing -- they are to be trusted to get it right. And they won't make you feel like a pest for asking. |
