Jason gave me a price on the phone 3700 including my shed but when he came out he said he didnt include it. No big deal 3900 ok 1200 more to install 40 4x8 3/4 boards included a 3/8 roofing material and wax paper and 50 year shingle contract didnt mention 5 year warranty 3/ 8 material nor shed all the materials were brought to my house my roomate saw the material blue plastic and grey. Looked like 2 blankets 7 feet by 70 feet folded i had to sleep outside as materials were delivered to my neighbor across street human typing error corey noticed that the blanket material witnessed by my roomate wasnt on contract it was taken back to abc roofing had them reprint reciept without that on it told his salesman what he did so they are in coots that i am making it up never even giving me an option to pay for it anyways roof was done in 10 hours but shed wasnt jason remembered they did it 2 hours later i paid for it not realizing the material in question was not on roof so anyways in the state a Florida a verbal agreement is binding.however if i decide to persue this matter it will Be a few hours in court and court costs and attorneys fees and with be assessed when i am determined the victim in this case . excellent job on roof with the exception of certain materials taken and being threatened by both of them to tear off my roof and refund me my 5100 Which might be awarded back to me anyways and being told they have dealt with my kind before nice jewish prejudicial statement unfortunately 3 men cant work out a solution together And 2 of them have to lie and. If you do business with this company have them itemize they items you want and record what is being said read contract before signing notice there are 4 complaints out of 12

I feel sorry for the new owners trying to build their name from Bartlett's shoddy work. He ruined my roof had to go through code enforcement to get the man to do his job and fix my roof. And I hear new owners won't honor his work. Thats sure not very reassuring. Don't believe I'd hold too much trust in that decision of hiring them. Hard to trust anyone these days.
