Great place to get plumbing supplies, faucets, if it deals with gas or water they should have it. Great friendly sales people, Helpful and knowledgeable. Love stopping here to pick up supplies.

Winsupply isnt your ordinary parts and supply store. It's also a place where you can go and meet people and network with other business owners and workers and feel like you belong. My boyfriend Hector is a local plumber and frequently comes to win supply for Parts. He's built a relationship with the employees and they have been very supportive and generous. We just recently experienced a power outage of 10 days and thanks to Russell Shirley who lent us a generator it made the experience easier on our family. We thank you Russell for being so kind and generous and we appreciate you!

I called and asked specifically if they had Mansfield brand toilet fill valve. They said yes, in stock. I could not find it locally, so I drove the 25 minute trip, 15 miles each way. I got there and asked for the part and they plopped down a generic replacement part. I let them know I wasn't happy having driven all that way when I could have gotten the same generic brand five minutes from the house. They said, well this one's better and all the plumbers use it for Mansfield replacement. That was hardly the point. I wasted an extra 45 minutes drive time and five bucks in gas only to find that they lied to me about having the Mansfield brand part...all for their two or three dollar profit. Only reason I don't give them one star is that I can sort of understand that "it's a common and maybe better replacement" But, how about let me be the judge of that and give me all the facts so that I can make an informed decision. When a customer asks a direct question, they should not be answered with a seller's alternate opinion or option at least not without stating the different option up front. I would not recommend Winsupply.
