Alan came very highly recommended by a very good friend of mine and now I know why. Professional, very fair prices, and such a pleasure to deal with. The crew was considerate and finished my entire roof in less than a half of a day....and it was no easy roof to deal with. They repaired flaws that I didn't even know I had. The roof is PERFECTION! There is no one else I would ever recommend

I had a leak in my chimney. Another company tried fixing it 3 times but never found the leak. A friend recommended Alan, so I gave him a call. Even though Alan is extremely busy, he took time and came to my home on a Sunday to check things out. Within 5 minutes he found the leak and fixed it. That proved to me how knowledgable and experienced he is about roofing. Alan is a nice guy and very friendly, so it was easy communicating with him. I was extremely satisfied with his work, so I will definitely keep him as my roofer from now on. Giving 5 stars because I highly recommend his roofing company.

This roofer is outstanding! He knows how to talk with customers. He's upfront and honest. He is quick to respond to calls. He is professional and courteous. That's all good! Most importantly though, he is a fantastic roofer! We have a difficult roof--very low pitch and lofted ceilings leaving virtually no room between roofing and ceiling. He roofed our house well when other local roofers had problems 3 others, to be exact. Because our roof is problematic, we call on him periodically to inspect it. He does it; he stands behind his work. He came recommended to us a few years ago, and we are so glad. We will not use another roofer besides Alan Townsend.
