Poor response by Shane. I called Shane to schedule an appointment, he got all my information address, phone , first and last name and even email address. And told me that there will someone coming in couple of days. But there was no show and no call. When I called, he was taking to me as if he had no idea about the schedule. Then he told me that someone already came and gave an estimate. I don't know where they went but they did not come to my house. I have no idea, how they have such a good rating, with this kind of poor response.
