Oversells and under delivers. Amazing up front experience with a sloppy finish filled with a lack of communication. My floors look great, roof looks awesome, but the trim work inside is sloppy, paint was sloppy and rushed, work still needs completed and the communication is non-existent.

Not only did they come in under budget, had the roof torn off and replaced in one day, and were cheaper than anyone else, they were also extremely professional. I'm having them do my mother's roof next. Extremely pleased.

This was the best experience ever! Elite Roofing provides the best customer service--very customer service focused! They answered all my questions thoroughly and always had time for me. Even after my roof was done they continued to follow up to make sure I was happy with the work and to make sure all my questions were answered. I had no idea my roof could be replaced so quickly and so perfectly! The whole process took less than a week--from the initial look at my roof to completion. I was out of town when while my roof was being replaced. I had my neighbors calling to compliment the speed of completion and the looks of my roof. When I first saw it I gaspedgood gasp--it was absolutely perfect! I had the best experience! I highly suggest them to anyone that is looking to have their roof repaired or replaced. I also think their pricing is very fair. I didn't experience sticker shock when I was told my quote. Overall I can't say enough good things!
