My company has hired Thompson & Thompson a few times to do various jobs. Most recently, we hired them to replace the pump to our septic system. There were some complexities with the install, so they had to come back. They took care of the initial issue to make everything right - and Scott Thompson the owner personally came out to ensure it got taken care of properly. I've worked with Scott on a number of things in the past and he is an ethical professional who wants to ensure customer satisfaction. I definitely recommend this company.

Thompson & Thompson/Rooter Man were incredible to work with. Another company cancelled on me last minute for an inspection on a Friday. Wendy answered right away when I called and had me set up for 9AM on Monday morning. Allen checked in with me when he was on his way, arrived on time, was thorough and detailed in his inspection and showed me photos and detailed explanations of everything. As a realtor they really saved the timing of my contract and were awesome to work with. Pricing was fair too. I'll use them again and again!
