| darla nicholls | Be careful dealing with this company. I have had an ongoing problem with my Trane unit they installed October 30, 2018. They did attempt to correct the issue by cleaning the coils 4 times, which did not correct the issue. Now, Dan Kinsey will not return my phone calls or text messages. I guess once he makes the initial installment of your unit, you are on your own. I have filed a formal complaint with Trane corporate office against this business. BEWARE!!!!! I hated to give one star but didn't have the choice to give zero stars. |
