Poor quality of service. Paid 1,500 in February to have line replaced from meter to street. In June, tenant informed me that Utility Company assumed another leak. Although they advertise 24 hour call service, no one answered the phone for the first afternoon and evening I called them. I actually went by their offices, because I assumed they were out of business. Tried again the next day, and got someone. Scheduled an appointment, which they cancelled last minute and then uncancelled. I felt like my problem was at the back of the line when it came to scheduling, when it should have been the first, as it should have been done right the first time. Was told by them that there was a leak between the meter and the house. I told them plumber it should be under warranty by them, as they just fixed it. They wanted me to get a leak detection service. Why would I pay for that when I paid for the whole line to be replaced? Then I waited for them to fix it, which they said was due to waiting on the leak detector. Now, if they just replaced the whole line, then it was probably a joint leaking. Finally convinced them to dig up near joints, and they said it was fixed. Tenant still thinks there is a leak, so I asked them to look into this. Owner said he would Monday. Did not look into it, so I went back out to check. Incurred excess water usage because of this, would have been more if they kept waiting on leak detector. The Utility will not waive excess fees because it was the second time in a year. Called their office about it, and no call back. It is like they feel inconvenienced by a customer who expects to get something done right for 1,500.

We have used Flush Brigade several times and we are always happy. Steven arrives on time and works efficiently while being clear about any issues. Highly recommend.

I had excellent service and especially a big thank you to Stephen and the office!! He was quick to determine the problem and fixed it right away! The office staff was so nice when I called to schedule too!
