They did my parents roof after hurricane Matthew. Appeared very nice and caring but left a lot of work unfinished. A lot of nails in the yard we picked up over 100 roofing nails and several sheaths of nail gun nails out the drive continuously over two weeks. Several boards in the attic were split and hardwood knots knocked out. You can see where the old felt was not removed from inside the attic and there are several places where the wood was split and the shingles showing through. Some nails are in the shingle only, not in wood so you can grab the nails and shake them loose from underneath. Siding was not put back on house, again, several boards have been split, nails showing through, holes left in the tin roof of the garage. Never picked up the blue tarp or rolled it out the way and said they were through and not coming back. We are hoping they follow up on damage they did by cutting the pine at the wrong angle and too near the base where it split the concrete block of the tool shed and holes were not filled in so rats got in and are eating everything. It's a mess and my parents are in their 80s and don't want confrontation and feel stressed by the whole situation. If they follow through on promised work, we'd be okay with it, but they still did a rather unprofessional job and did not finish the work even though they were paid in full.
