This was only a 6 part but Mike took my order, personally took the package to the post office to send Priority Mail, and the total including shipping was only 11. All this happened within about an hour after the manufacturer referred me to Eagle Rock, and Mike didn't ask for payment until AFTER he had already shipped the part. I'm 67 and I've done business with a lot of fine companies over the years but Eagle Rock set a new standard for service. I bought a 6 part and they treated me like I was buying 1 million a month from them. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give this business a 20.
